1. Separate Legal identity as it is Juristic Person in the eye of Law. The company can sue any in its name and any can sue the company in its name.
2. Raising of funds:- the company can raise fund through various modes as by sailing its share, taking deposits, from financial institutions.
3. Limited Liability :- The liability of members (shareholders) is limited to the share capital ( if remains unpaid the part which is unpaid, also)
4. No personal liability:- The members (share holders/directors ) of a company have personal liability towards company’s creditor (loan taken by the Private Limited Company)
5. Perpetual Succession:- Being a juristic Person its existence does not depend upon the death or any other issues related to discontinuation with the company.
